LoudCloud Announces New Partnership with University of Florida, Lastinger Center

LoudCloud to Build Learning Platform for Early Florida, based on their FASTRAK CBLMS

Dallas, TX., September 18, 2014 – LoudCloud today announced that the University of Florida’s Lastinger Center for Learning has selected LoudCloud’s FASTRAK as the competency-based learning management system (LMS) for Early Learning Florida. After an extensive search, the University of Florida chose LoudCloud because of its powerful technologies and customization capabilities. 

Housed at the University of Florida’s College of Education, the Lastinger Center blends the latest research with effective practice to build award-winning learning systems and programs that boost teaching practice and advance student achievement.

LoudCloud FASTRAK offers an adaptable, customizable LMS that will serve as the base for a custom learning platform for Early Florida. The platform will serve Florida’s 55,000 early learning teachers with innovative professional development aimed to boost student achievement. The Early Learning platform will be accessible 24 hours a day, available in English and Spanish, and will be based upon a competency model managed by LoudCloud’s LoudTrack system.
